If your ip address is automatically assigned by your ISP then yours is a dynamic connection hurray!!!

First you have to clear the cookies

How to clear cookies
1)Mozilla
If you use Mozilla browser then tools->clearprivatedata->select cookies and then click clearprivate data
2)internet explorer
Go to tools and then internet options there click delete cookies button

Now go to Command prompt
type ipconfig /flushdns
type ipconfig /release
type ipconfig /renew

now you are done.
