Indian national hockey team is playing in an important tournament and that too on its home soil (Chandigarh) but there is no live coverage of the matches . Indian team beat Newzeland in the first match and drew with Holland 4-4 in the second match. What a performance it was! It's a shame that we couldn't see it live. Indian hockey team had been going through a bad patch and now is playing the international level after a long time so this is an important tournament yet ESPN and DD Sports are showing cricket matches and even the media is not properly covering the event . Indians obsession towards cricket will never allow any other sport to become popular in India.
